My results after first 6 weeks

Ok so I did Phase 1 for 6 weeks, I can understand the need for taking the time to condition prior to getting down to the real workouts. I am pretty pleased with the results so far, besides the gains I can feel I have harder erections, not quite as hard as puberty when you got those painful ones that wouldnt go away and came at the most inappropriate times though ;) . I guess its a result of having a "healthier" dick now.

Starting BPenis EnlargementL: 6 1/2
Starting Girth: 5 1/8

After 6 weeks:

BPenis EnlargementL: 7 5/16
Girth: 5 1/4

Im starting phase 2 tomorrow. My goal is 8-8.5x6 rofl

Huxley, my first post. Great results. I will now use your progress as a yardstick...literally. Quick question...you mentioned phase I for 6 weeks....a newbie question, but where can i find out exactly what is phase I. Have been lurking for a couple of weeks...and with so much info...having difficulty finding the right starting point. Want to get started asap. Thanks for your help from a newbie.

jubei is correct, when you join the members site you get access to some routines, phases 1-5, put together by DLD. I think the phases are great programs to get started on and can help you design your own programs later. I figure its like joining a gym and knowing nothing about weight training, you can either push weights around and get little progress because you dont know what your doing or you can buy a weight training book and follow one of the routines inside. And later you can customize your routine to suit your needs as you become more familiar with the subject.
 
Awesome man. I have been doing the beginning routine for a few weeks now. I don't do as much stretches but I'm pretty excited to see my results in a few more weeks seeing your success.
 
BOOOYAAA! After like 2-3 months of no gains in length, i changed my routine and after 2 weeks i was all damn! my erections look longer! So i measured. Getting closer to that 8x6!

My current routine is:
Girth Session:
Clamp 20mins w/ 2 cable clamps at the base
1 Minute of compression squeeze
Repeat 3 times total.
During these I try to keep max erect, watch adult entertainment and edge a couple times.

Length Session:
Hang 30mins w/ 12.5 lbs
Bundled A-Stretches, hold for 60 seconds at max stretch x 10
Double Bundled Tunica stretches, hold for 30seconds x 10

I do each session once every day with no days off unless time doesnt permit.

I think maybe i wasnt gaining much after the initial 6 weeks in length because I was doing alot of hanging and stretches for the ligiments, and i believe i have a low LOT. So when i started stretches for the tunica i started to gain. :)
