this is gonna sound fucked up but I have no idea what a V jelq is. I hope it’s not something I created and forgot about that would be embarrassing. Describe the exercise for me the best you can, thanks my brother

Basically you are jelqing upwards between these two fingers.

OK I understand. This seems like a very hard way to jelq when there are so many other options. The other thing I don’t like about this style is too much blood is being lost because you’re not covering the complete circumference to trap blood. I would go so far to say that the basic jelq is far better. I also wonder if the style of training may cause issues, I’ll have to try it myself.
 
Conditions right now:

1. Erection quality is 100% because I started doing kegels again
2. Kegels hurt. ( rarely )
3. Dick hurts when press downwards ( little ).
4. Peyronies (still)

Things I am doing to better my penis:

1. Kegel Jelqing ( kegel when erect and then jelq )
2. Kegel jelqing + SSJ ( kegel when erect and then jelq . When the hand is near the glans, then push downwards )
3. Stretching ( both flaccid and erect )

I recently started doing kegels again but this time I am doing it in a different way.........
My erection quality is off the charts...........

5×5×3 will get you where you wanna go the fastest and safest.
 
I was hoping something without equipments......

that I would go with the SSJ all the way! We could do 2/30 minute sessions a day and you will see incredible growth. You should see excellent post girth after your first session. It won’t be as great as the 5×5×3 but without equipment nothing beats the SSJ.
