Things I am doing to better my penis:

1. Normal stretching
2. Normal masturbation.
3. Jelqing

I have noticed that my dick shrinks after jelqing and I know that is something I need to prevent........
I cannot order anything online but I can make things from household items
How can I prevent shrinkage?

The cheapest need cheapest way is ace wrap. Next would be a sleeve. The next would be the VLC. The next from there would be SiliStretcher.

Is there any tutorial video for wrapping?

If you go to the hanging form and look at hanging 101 there is a video there showing how to wrap but that’s only one wrapping style. There are many different wrapping styles they have not been videotaped yet.

I have noticed something that my masturbation habits play an important role in my EQ and overall penis.......
Since I have gained back 100% EQ, my masturbation habits changed.... Now I am masturbating most of the time........

Also, I am not seeing any change in length of my penis......
I am ~7"

No we have never filmed any wrapping videos the only wrapping videos available are ones that users have posted. My favorite style was the hanging 101 thread in the hanging forum.

If you masturbate too much you’re going to ruin your EQ. I would refrain from that for now and work on building up your PC muscles. When you are jelqing are you jelqing against the curve? What is your current erection angle? 12:00 would be straight up, 6:00 being strait down. Let me know some of these answers and I’ll see what I can do.

I jelq while showering.......

I would say my erection is straight up ( 12:00 ) bur after the mid shaft, it is bent downwards ( ~30 deg )

That’s what I thought and that’s probably the reason you’re feeling the pain you’re feeling. I would slowly but surely start stretching your erection downward forcing the ligament to lengthen.

I have decided not to masturbate or watch adult entertainment. I will be doing PE for now on regularly.
It has only been 3 days since I have started doing the above and I have seen today that my EQ was far better than before. It was like 110% EQ :D
 
What curve are you talking about, the left curve or the downward curve?

If your penis curves to the right you’ll want to do erect jelqing to the left side. If the curves on the left side you’ll want to do erect jelqing to the right.

I was in a state of semen retention for 1 week and I mut say it is very good for my dick.
