Can I gain 3 inches if I literally do exercises every day for a year? How long did it take you to gain three inches of length? I mean through your experience.

It took me about three years to make 3 inches. I gained 2 inches very quick in my first year but then it took much longer after that.

I would try a different way of thinking as you’re setting yourself up to fail unless there’s adult entertainment involved.

I am very disappointed with this result. I expected that I could reach 3 inches in two years by applying the SRT system daily.

You could do that if you put in the work. Everybody is different and you won’t know until you start. I probably could’ve done 3 inches in two years if they remain as consistent as I was in the first year.

I have the same problem :(

adult entertainment can cause alot of sexual issues and I'm a 100 percent guilty of this myself. I guess I need start doing NOFAP again.

If everybody is honest we all struggle with this and the Internet makes it so easy. We’re not on this earth to be perfect neither does Jesus want us to be perfect. God knows we struggle with things and when I trust in Christ and not myself I am good, but when I take control of the wheel I end up crashing. When it happens I find myself saying why am I doing exact thing I hate to do! And afterwords the grief is terrible. I’m getting to the point where It’s not worth even doing it.

Do you need to change the way you’re thinking about this. If you keep telling yourself the only way you can get erect 100% is by using adult entertainment and that will be exactly what happens. Start to change the conversation in your mind take a more positive and pragmatic approach
