My Hanging Log

Hey guys,

Just wanted to throw in a quick intro. Basically, I've been hanging for a total of 4 months now. Went from a 5.5 BPenis EnlargementL to 6.5 PBEL. Hung 20 minutes a day, and I'm currently up to 17 lbs. Unfortunately I did not take pics when I started Penis Enlargement, but I do have one at 6.5 BPenis EnlargementL. From now on, I'll be taking pics at every measure. I will be keeping a daily log here to keep me focused and motivated. Cheers!

Thank you sir! Yes, I've been following the hard core hanging routine. More weight + less time. Seems to be working for me.

Wow! I've been reading about hanging and this seems to be different from what I've read so far. What hanger have you been using, where have you gotten all your hanging info from?
