My goals, are they realistic?

current: 6 x 4.6-7 nbp

short term goal(6 months to 1 year): 6.5x5.2 nbp

mid/long term goal(2 years): 7.25x5.4 nbp

end goal(unlimited time): 8 x 5.7+ nbp

I will be using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] to start off with, and adapting as I go along, I can't start for a few months though until I get my own place due to lack of privacy :(
 
Length seems to be where i have problems. I cemented. 25 inch of girth in 6 months pretty easy. I would say those are very realistic.

If you leave it too long, you may lose interest. Start now while you are motivated!
 
Believe it or not but we have had some members who have gained what you aim to gain entirely within six months so yes, your goals are very realistic.

Being much more realistic i think that your medium length goal and end girth goal are both achievable within a year. The end length goal you should have within two years.

Much depends on how you adapt to plateaus or whether you opt to change routines a lot ect...

Stick to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and provided you are gaining then just notch up the duration every month or two. Only when you plateau do you really need to bring in new exercises.
