Here we go again! Breaks over, thank goodness...
My gym finally opened up again too, I used its closing as an excuse to get out of shape. I lost 6 lbs over 2 months of not working out and gained quite a bit of fat in the process. But it’s great to be back and I’ll crush that in no time.
The new business;
Set up the over the shoulder hanging rig and ran my first set this morning. Started at 5lbs and didn’t feel a thing so immediately bumped it to 7.5, for about 5 minutes then upped it to 10. Guessing I’ll be adding weight Friday but we’ll see how sore I am. Currently hanging, when I’m done I plan to do some manual stretching, jelqs and edge a little.
I’ll check back in with a routine once I figure it out.

Over the shoulder is the most powerful position to make Tunica gains. Aside from the Lengthmaster and bundled stretching, hanging OT and gives the tunica a good stretch.
