Here's a little exercise I've made, don't know if it's been done before though. I've done a search but can't see anything like it as of yet.
There's alot of people who say that they can't feel anything doing an upwards stretch and I've found this one quite intense. So thought I'd share it.
I prefer to do these sitting on the side of the bath tub.
In a seated position:
bundle your penis in an ok grip, palms facing down....
While, leaning your upper body as far down as you can....
Pull your penis upwards as far as it will go, against your upper body....
And push your penis, whilst stretched, firmly into your chest/belly as far as you can get it.
Then take your other hand, placing on the other gripping the penis, push further into your chest/belly
This is where the fun begins....
Whilst in this position, making sure to:
Grip tightly
Move slowly
No jerking motions
Slowly start to stand up.
First you stand up whilst leaning over.
Then start to straighten your legs, still holding your penis position firmly, until you are standing upright.
Finally start to lean back as much as you can and for as long as you can
The more you gradually lean back the better the stretch.
Do as many reps as you can. Always ensuring you have tension and a firm grip on the penis. Warm up stretches beforehand are advisable.
Please give this a go guys, very powerful stretch.
