Get everything you can before retiring an exercise
Cool, how do you determine if the gains from it is exhausted exactly? By measuring or are you talking about something else?I did 1×20 for a couple months and exhausted the gains with that.
So I added another set and plan to do it consistently until at least December.
Really depends on when I stop gaining from it but thats just an estimate.
Trying to get to 7.75 BPEL and I think i can get there just doing the downward bundles and putting on an ADS for 6-8 hours a day.

I personally measure every 30 days. If no gains are made within 30 days I will give it 1 more trial run of 30 days.
If you're not gaining anything in 60 days and you're being honest with yourself and you really haven't missed a workout, wore ads, etc. And you didn't gain anything its best to switch up your routine.

I hear you on that brother. I didnt realize how much adult entertainment was effecting me until I started doing girth work. And like you said an hour session is ALOT of adult entertainment to consume.Update:

Girth is a more complicated story...
So I recently had an insight that I want to quit or at least drastically decrease adult entertainment consumption.
For a couple of reasons.. Recently I've been seeing a few new women and I got issues with getting it up smoothly. It could be several factors I know, that I had some wine, my intense PE training, it's a new woman so maybe not super comfortable yet etc. etc.
But I do think it has a lot to do with adult entertainment as well because I've tried to do girth work a few times without adult entertainment and couldn't complete training...
And also ever since I've been super serious about my PE routine, I do almost a full hour of girth (including warmups, getting hard every time for SSJ, pump etc.) and with that almost a full hour of watching adult entertainment every night... So I think this has intensified my "problems".
So I decided quit adult entertainment like 5 days ago. I want to be able to do girth without it. I think this will also benefit me in my EQ with women and just better overall. The few things I know about it is that it's messing up your reward systems and especially dopamine. Also it trains your brain to be a voyeur rather than yourself being engaged in the sexual act. All this makes great sense to me so I'm committing to greatly reduce adult entertainment consumption for these various reasons!
So, these few days girth hasn't been the best and I've actually shorten the sessions. For a few days I just did 12 minutes in pump (6 min fully pumped + 6 min HS stretches)
And today I did 5 min SSJ's, 10 min pump, 5 min SSJ's, 6 min HS stretches.
Actually I think I will stick with a shorter girth routine for a while because I don't want it to drain me..
I mean, length master sessions (including preparation, warmup, wrapping etc.) it's almost 2 full hours a day and then girth on top of that.
That's almost 3 full hours a day including everything and I'm fucking feeling the grind haha...

I'm in the same boat as you right now. Limit adult entertainment consumption and touching your dick (masturbation) and within a week you'll be getting rock solid just thinking of girls.
Stay hydrated, Kegal, eat healthy. You'll go back to how we're designed to be in no time. Remember EQ is mostly mental

Haven’t posted for a while cuz been away from home for a week with only the silistretcher with me.
during this week I only did manual light stretching and wore sili for a few hours a day.
essentially I look at this week as a decondition week.
Anyway, came home yesterday and did first pump session. The pump felt very intense and when I removed it after 10 mins my dick was almost black (blueish) ! With blood filled spots everywhere!
Now 24h later it’s much better but still there! Imma post a few pics below. What do you think I should do? Rest a few days from everything or just from pumping until it’s gone? The pics are from now 24 hours later and it was MUCH more prominent yesterday..
