Alright New Kegaling exercise:
While edging hold a kegal. Hold that kegal and edge to the edge. At the point of wanting to ejaculate stop edging and kegal as many times as you feel is a proper kegal.
Repeat this until you feel your Pc muscle is exhausted. I like thinking of it as Pc Yoga I want to feel like my penis is getting a stretch as far out and filled with blood as possible. Holding a kegal while edging feels like your going to explode jizz everywhere any second. Squeezes(holds) also feel good in between edging. I like pointing downward over-handed jelqing slowly and begin kegaling which I then begin edging. I will call this exercise my #2 KEGAL exercise

While edging(/jelqing) On the IN-BREATH I tighten my Pc muscle (or I kegal)
On the OUT-BREATH I release the kegal (or Pc muscle)
I do this until I feel I totally worked my Pc muscle (no homo)
I like thinking of it like Pc Yoga and it feels like it is working and I believe if I kegal everyday this way as I have been learning to do for 6 months in 2 years I will have a REAL fat cock because I can tell it looks like its working
I hope this makes sense as I am a little stonned and that is when the kegal exercises work best with breathing. I also have much fatigue all the time from working out my Pc muscle every chance I remember:O
