I am back from a 6 mth layoff. I have already gained 1" over the last year and a half but was very inconsistent.
I would like to ratchet it up and find the most time efficient way to do that.
Being a paid member, my choices would be these:
A. DLD's #2 Workout-A-Stretch and Jelq-(very efeective but tough on hands)
B. Bib's hanger
C. Other
I would really value the experienced opinions on this board. If you were going to go balls-to the-wall for 12 mths to gain 2 inches in length, what would be the most time efficient way to do that?
