Most effective method to enlarge penis

As there are many pills, lotions available in market for penis enlargement. Most of the people believe in exercises like Jelqing and stretching. Some use a vacuum pump. I do not know which is most effective method. Vacuum pump is just to create a illusion of large penis. It's results are not permanent. Stretcher should be used safely and so on.

Is this a question or what? If it is a question- my answer is that there are devices for everything. If you want length- there are length devices, if you want girth- there are girth devices. If you want width- there are width devices. Everyone has a different opinion on how to rate them though. If I had to choose I would say:

2-LM stretch (this stretch could be the most intense one ever (excluding hanging))

4-ADS (All Day Stretcher)

3-Pump (yes, I put bare hands higher)

Width

2- ATS Rollers Equipment
