Hi guys, just wondering how much success people have had with their length routines, and what exercises have provided the best results?

I also have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] so i do hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches, but i need to step up my manual stretches.

If you could post in here or link me to your personal length routine etc, i would appreciate it guys ;)
 
For me personally it was when using more isolated suspensory lig stretches such as DLD blasters, Blue_Whale mandingo stretches, Blue_Whale mother of all lig stretches and my V-SES stretch.
I used the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] which made the stretches OFF THE SCALE and I noted in 2009 some fast results in length I hadn't seen since a newbie.
