Hello! I just wanna know how effective [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] 5 phase program would be with the current experience i have, if i would give each phase 1 month each.
I have been doing PE for about a year now. The first 3 months i did JP90, and after that i incorporated tunica tugs & internal stretches. After about 6 months or more i started to do random exercises
and didn't really stuck to a specific routine that much, i mixed it up very much. I have gained a little bit over 1 inch length and 0.7 girth kinda.
Would starting from phase 1 to 5, for 5 months be good, or should i do something more up to date, by following something similar as the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] routine?
