If you are going to use a MaxVaz pump I would only use a little bit of vac. Just enough to hold it on. Of the vac hangers I know of, I think the Male Bridge system is a better buy. They have a long standing positive reputation as a company and are not run by con artists. If you buy a mazvaz (I don't want google spiders helping them anymore than needed) you are setting yourself up to be ripped off. You MAY get what you order, or you may not. ALSO, when you need replacement sleeves...you will, you might wait months for more....IF YOU GET MORE. That's based on many months of user based feedback from multiple attempted customers of this ''company''. I don't know anything about Monkey Bar's product, but hear good things about them. I'd join Th*nd3rs Pl@ce.org and read about it there. Monkey Bar posts there I believe and many of the members there could help you out.

I did try to look for Male Bridge system in Google and it don't show noting there I think they don't sell it no more.

I don't know if it's even being made. Join Th*nd3rs Pl@ce and ask around there. Not many men into vacuum hanging over here. Most of them are prone to causing blisters.

MonkeyBar's stuff is very low quality and from my experience not tested as well as he brags about. He has released many items before they were ready. Lots of his stuff breaks in the first week or two.

I think he is Thunder or is in business with Thunder. They kiss his ass over there and pretend that his stuff is great. I would never consider buying anything from Monkeybar / Autoextender ever again. Total ripoff IMO.

(Read the forum rules) Ha ha, just kidding. That's one of their favorite things to say over there though. I'm not surprised to see you say this though. Most of the members with ''commercial'' accounts there are paying to keep the place running, so there is definitely a vested interest in supporting his products and those of others. Good to see honest feedback.
