max-xtender? How long to use etc..1st time

been pe'ing on and off for 2 years now. Right now im at 7.0L nbp and 5.75G
Im concerned more with L so i ordered the max-xtender and actually got it off EBAY for $30. I've never hung or used any device so this is my first.
How should i start off with this and build up over time?
10 Minutes remove and recirculate blood then re-attatch?
