i always had some hard(hehe) time doing manual stretches . i am uncut and that might be the problem cus of a skin. When i do it i always get my boi under the glans which is good i think,but i get problems when i try to do that.
1. if i get a bot of a blood in the head ,when i pull -head hurts like it is gonna explode not good
2. if i go fully flacid and try to grip - i cant get a good grip and it is slipping away easy.
So.... thats my problem now >.>

I think I need to post my manual pulling/stretching technique in my
Logbook as a video. I will try to describe it here in text. But a video I think would clarify it better.
So here we go... I had the same problems as you had in the beginning, and you want definitely to have a strong grip, so you can pull as hard as possible.
Lets go...
I use lots of body powder as well, and sometimes I use
Magnesium Carbonate (Weightlifting Chalk), to make the grip even better. But that's not necessary.
My penis is flaccid with this technique, I'm going to describe for you.
This is a description when doing;
Behind The Cheeks to the Right.
1. Put on body power on your flaccid penis.
2. Take your left hand, and get it to the root of your penis. Use both hands to longated your flaccid penis.
3. Hook your right hand with
forefinger and thumb grip, behind the glans. You don't need to be exactly behind. Make the grip comfortable.
This is going to be the trick:
4. When I stretch my penis, I simultaneously deform my penis with the left hand (at the root, and at the sides: left/right), in a way so the right hand gets more tissue of the penis to hold on to.
The grip with the left hand:
The penis is with this grip, between the ring finger and the middle finger, and also you push your hand/fingers in a little bit against your fat pad (not so hard). You can modify this grip in diffrent stretches.
The important part is that you deform the tissue of your penis so, you get a better grip with your hand at the glans.
Important: Make sure you do not hinder the stretch with your hand at the base.
In this way, you get a more stronger, and a more reliable grip in your right hand, and also the pressure on the glans reduces.
If I don't use this technique, I can't pull as hard and it feels like my glans are going to "explode".
So there you go, I hope this will help you with your grip problems you are having.
