Hey everyone! Figured I would log my manual stretching. Been at it with Rag Stretches the last couple weeks. Nothing fancy, just doing them for a few minutes at a time when I am able. Been pretty much daily the last couple weeks for a total time per day of 10 minutes. Actually watched on a clock. I wonder how many of us just guestimate our times?
Won't log the last couple weeks worth of sets. I'll just start with today. I'm also posting a new starting pic just in cast I get any gains along the way while I am waiting to return to weight hanging. I was a little nervous I may see a shorter length considering I have done ZERO PE for several years now. Other than for testing my hanger designs. So, yea nothing consistent for several years now....maybe 8 years? Jeez! Only lost about 1/8" if that LOL. Nothing to cry home about in my book. Nice, solid 8" BP measurement below.
Today, I stretched a total time of 10 minutes. I prefer to pull my stretches behind a leg after I squat down, get a good hard pull, then stand back up while maintaining the stretch behind that leg. Each stretch, I time for 1 minute before releasing and repeating with the other hand, same way. (behind leg, squat, stand up)
5 minutes total behind right leg.
5 minutes total behind left leg.
