5am morning session today.
EQ pretty good to start, but lost a bit towards end. Think I am just tired.
Standard warmup with OK jelqs and SSJs for 10 minutes in front of space heater.
1.75" cylinder pumping x 4 sessions.
Pump 1: Hotter water, pump to 10Hg then up to 11Hg for 30 seconds, release back down to 8Hg, pump back up to 11Hg for 30 seconds. Rinse and repeat for 5 minutes.
Pump 2: Same water as pump 1 so just warm water, pump to 11Hg then up to 12Hg for 30 seconds, release back down to 8Hg, pump back up to 11Hg for 30 seconds. Rinse and repeat for 5 minutes
Pump 3: Filled with cold water, pump to 10Hg then up to 13Hg for 30 seconds, release back down to 8Hg, pump back up to 13Hg for 30 seconds. Rinse and repeat for 5 minutes
Pump 4: Filled with hot water, pump to 10Hg then up to 13Hg for 30 seconds, release back down to 8Hg, pump back up to 13Hg for a few seconds and release back down to 7-8 Hg. Rinse and repeat for 5 minutes.
Didnt achieve 8.5" in length but was at 8.25" on 4th pump. During 4th pump I also did some slight rotations to left, right, up and down to get a little additional stretching in. Not sure it will help, but i dont think it will hurt either?
Was also thinking through how healing in an extended state begins almost immediately after a workout. After the 4th pump I reduced Hg down to 4Hg and just let the cylinder hang between my legs while I jumped in the shower. I was barely erect by this point and there was no discomfort, but at 4Hg I still pretty much had girth maxed out and length stayed right about 7.75 - 7.5".
Started with 5 minute cold shower while the cylinder hung with warm water in it. Once I switched to hot shower water I released the vac pressure and pulled the cylinder loose.
Switch to hot shower with some massage and Light SSJ, and put on the C-ring.
Silistretcher on before heading out the door to the office for the day.
