ManPlan86 Routine and Progress

Ok, I'm old school so they are handwritten in a notebook. I can try to distill them down a bit over the next day and make them a bit more coherent and get them posted.

Mental PE update-
I have been applying some of my learnings from my prior post of over-functioning and under-functioning.

My EQ seems to be improving and my thoughts have been in a much better place. Learning to provide space for my wife for her to step up and meet me in the middle versus over processing things in my head and allowing emotions to drive anxiety which doesnt give winning results for either of us.

Friday night we were able to spend intimate time together for over an hour. While it didnt result in full intercourse, EQ was solid for me for almost the whole time. She came multiple times and my finish was explosive! Very positive about our intimate connection for the first time in a long time.

My PE workouts since last week have also been much better, with exception of yesterday when I was interrupted 2 minutes into my second pump by my wife knocking on the bathroom door offering to bring me a morning coffee. I ended up cleaning up the mity vac and jumping in the shower and doing two x 5 minute pumps with the bath mate before strapping into the Silistretcher for the day.

Have my next workout on the calendar for three hours from now once I have the house to my self, and I am feeling like it is going to be an awesome session.
 
Good length pumping session today. I have been progressively pushing the Hg over the past couple months, and on pump 4 I crept up to 13Hg for 30 seconds and then back down to 10Hg for 30 seconds and alternated over the 4 minutes.

Hit over 8" by the end of pump 4 before 5 minute massage and SSJ break then completed two more additional pumps with the 2" cylinder. After massage and warm down, with C-ring on back in to silistretcher for the rest of the day.

Good length pumping session today. I have been progressively pushing the Hg over the past couple months, and on pump 4 I crept up to 13Hg for 30 seconds and then back down to 10Hg for 30 seconds and alternated over the 4 minutes.

Hit over 8" by the end of pump 4 before 5 minute massage and SSJ break then completed two more additional pumps with the 2" cylinder. After massage and warm down, with C-ring on back in to silistretcher for the rest of the day.

I almost took a break from my pumping routine and figured I would just use the silistretcher all day today due to feeling short on time. I am glad I didnt!

Rearranged some morning conference calls and got after it, and I was feeling as big as I have ever felt after the first 4 pumps with the 1 3/4" cylinder. I had a hard time pulling it loose.

I ended up doing only doing one 5 minute pump with the 2" cylinder and calling it good, followed by a quick shower, SSJ and massage warm down with ball and lig stretching.

In to silistretcher for the day and kept the small siliring on for a couple hours.

A little pressed for time this morning trying to make it out the door on time for church.

Grabbed the bath mate and completed two 5 minute pumps with a 3 minute break between the two while in the shower.

Lubed up with vaseline and then completed three 5 minute water pumps with 3 minute breaks between with the 1.75" while I balanced shaving and brushing teeth.

C-ring on and silistretcher on.

Not the best of workouts, but I was able to still hit over 8" in the 1.75" cylinder and was a tight pull getting it off.

I'm sure if I would have had full focus it would have been better, but feeling good hitting the day heading to church knowing I got some work in.
 
I highly recommend ditching Vaseline and going for a natural solution (e.g. organic shea butter or castor oil).
Does one hold up better in warm water than another?

I go back to back in the 1.75" for four sets and if I pull out to relube I wont be able to squeeze back in.
 
School is getting back in session, and I was able to get in a great routine yesterday morning.

Standard warmup with Jelq and SSJs in front of space heater. While doing my warmup I ran a bath and did my pumping routine sitting in the water.

4 minute sessions with 3-4 minute breaks with 1.75" cylinder.

1st: 10Hg creap to 11Hg and hold 30 seconds. Slow release to 8Hg for 30 seconds then back to 11Hg. Repeat over the 4 minutes.

2nd: 10Hg creap to 12Hg and hold 30 seconds. Slow release to 9Hg for 30 seconds then back to 11Hg. Repeat over the 4 minutes.

3rd&4th: 10Hg creap to 13Hg and hold 30 seconds. Slow release to 10Hg for 30 seconds then back to 13Hg. Repeat over the 4 minutes.

Little break to massage and SSJ in warm water, then grabbed 2" cylinder and did two 5 minute sessions up to 10Hg.

Tried a new experiment after the two sessions with 2". Relubed up after a 5 minute break and pushed back in to the 1.75" cylinder. Had to connect the water tube to the top to push water through the top of the cylinder but was able to barely get it on.

One last pump pulsing from 5Hg to 13Hg for 4 minutes and I hit 8.5" on the cylinder, which is a new record for me.

Massage and light SSJ warm down. C-ring on and then put on the silistretcher for the day.

With having the house to myself most Mondays and Wednesdays now that kids return back to school, there is no reason I shouldn't be able to get in two really good workouts those days and then use my other weekdays for cementing and maintaining.

Any brothers reading this progress log have any thoughts on this?

Looks like your penile vac pressure reaches max fatigue and entering tug back phases. Try to remaing more at 11Hg instead after entering into 13inHg for 30 seconds or so every few minutes.

C-ring on then shower warm down with massage, light ok jelqing and light SSJs. After shower and dry off, silistretcher on for the day.

After hitting 8.5" yesterday, I really want to set that as the new bar for a successful workout.
Do monitor for the sudden tug back. Based on your routines so far, I believe your malleability stretch can go to 9in quite easily. Try at the lower pressure around 11in and maintain a bit longer at that pressure. Go up to 13inHg just for a short period and drop back down. Also try contrast pumping, using hot, then cool, then warm water sessions.

With having the house to myself most Mondays and Wednesdays now that kids return back to school, there is no reason I shouldn't be able to get in two really good workouts those days and then use my other weekdays for cementing and maintaining.

Ah yes. No excuse there. Go butt naked below and do all the PE work while doing other works. Don't let clothing hinder you. My neighbors caught me bottom naked a new times while doing my PE. All I did was smile, wave, and kept doing my own thing. My home, my comforts, my ways.

Sometimes I get my best length measurements on pump 3 and sometimes it comes during pump 4 at 13Hg. I dont feel much tug back, and I have gotten good at what I feel is complete relaxed reverse kegel as I pull the cylinder tight in to my pubic bone. I think sometimes i could get more but my glans is really sticking hard to the sides of the cylinder.

I should clarify. I will still pump and follow a routine on days when the family is home, I just need to start earlier and cant spend as much alone time focusing or running a bath.

Mondays and Wednesdays I can work from home with no distractions and get in a really good routine like I did yesterday.

Other days will be more similar to this morning. 5am wake up and just get after it before heading out to the office. Keep the intensity up, but instead of an hour and a half get 45minutes to an hour. This is what I referenced as maintenance and cementing cause I wont have as much time for experimentation.

No matter where you are going past 11inHg, go up to the upper pressure (such as 12inHg) and back down to 11inHg. It can be on any set. The moment you go past 11inHg, stay at the upper pressure for 30 seconds, and go back down. Stay at 11inHg at least 1 minute before going back up to the upper pressure again. Use this dynamic pressure approach for just 30 seconds at a time.

This may work better than staying solid at 13inHg. Dynamic pressurization is the key to cause tissue expansion more effectively. For the 3rd or 4th set, you can stay at 11inHg for the entire duration.

If there's no tug back, stay longer at the upper pressure for 60 seconds. Swing it between 13inHg and drop to 11inHg every 60 seconds. Tissue mallleability response faster to dynamic pressures than staying at the same pressure over time.

I'm not too keen on taking a bath while pumping. My wife loves bath and pulled me into the bath tub all the time. If I have to get my penis warm, I just dunk my penis into a warm water basin.

Nice. Take advantage of it. Think of it as 1 day on of extreme workout, 1 day of simple workout, and 1 day of rest.
 
My morning routine was put on hold as I said yesterday, and spent time with my wife instead.

She has been struggling through bad vertigo the last couple months, so this was the first time in nearly two months she got my dick in her hands.

She could tell a difference in size which is awesome, but voiced she is a little worried about me getting much bigger and if she could take more size. Told her it takes time and it's not like I will somehow double size (although that would be awesome 🙂 ) in the next few months. Was a nice boost to my confidence!

I still want to push forward to 8x6. I think she can take the extra.

To be clear, the Lengthmaster speeds up the process of length AND girth, correct?
Length Master will hyper focus on getting your length elongated, roughly 90%. For girth, it does help to prime your tissues to expand around 10%. If you use in combo with the Mity Vac right after your Length Master routines, you'll get both length and girth.
