Starting a progress and routine thread for both personal and brotherly accountability. I intend to post every day and document my success and challenges along the way to 8"EL x 6"EG.

Also hopeful my journey will help and inspire others!

This will be a long post to summarize 8+ months of PE and future posts will be much more concise.

Where I started:
6" EL x 4" EG

June 19, 2023 Bathmate HydroMax 7 delivered
-Goal to have stronger erections and increased stamina, didnt have defined growth goals.
-Used almost daily in shower/bath with little to no rest days.
-Followed Bathmate directions of entering flaccid for 5 minutes and then massaging x 3 times. Sometimes I did more time and more reps depending on how I was feeling.
-couple of months in?...Started doing manual stretching at night before bed. 30 seconds straight up, 30 seconds straight down, 30 seconds to left and right.

December 2023
Discovered MOS and began reading through newbie manual stretching routine and SRT. Learned about bone pressed measuring.

6 1/2" BPEL x 4 3/8" EG

-Set my morning alarm an hour earlier for 5a.m.
-Followed DLDs Newbie routine with manual hand stretching every morning after warmup in shower.
-30 second sets x 3 in multiple directions and BTC.
-Kegel as much as I can after and throughout the day
-Jelqing at end of day for 10-15 minutes before bed with vaseline (not consistent tho)
-Cut back pumping to 3 days/week cause EQ starting to suffer a little. Make sure I go in to pump erect.
-Began 5x5x3 Girth pumping plan and added SSJs instead of just massaging between pump sets
-Wearing restriction ring after pumping for 1-2 hours

Silistretcher ADS delivered

6 5/8" BPEL x 4 1/2" EG

-No wearing underwear, let it all hang!
-Continue DLDs Newbie routine with manual hand stretching every morning after warmup in shower for a couple weeks. Ball and lig stretching for 3-5 minutes in shower.
-Modified 30 second sets x 3 in multiple directions and BTC to get more intensity to bundled 1-1.5 minute holds in all directions and BTC. Went from 3 sets to 2 sets. First is bundled twist to left and second is bundled twist to right.
-Kegel as much as I can after, no less than 50 x 2 second holds
-In to Silistretcher for the day, normally not later than 6:30 a.m. and before pants go on. Start with down to left and alternate to right after a few hours when I use the bathroom. Rotary stretch 1 minute when the stretcher comes off to go pee. Alternate throughout the day every few hours at bathroom break and adjust to feel good stretch but not super intense.
-Sillistretcher comes off between 5-8pm. Use sillisleeve to stay elongated until bed, usually around 10-10:30pm.

Girth Training:

-Jelqing at end of day before bed for 10-15 minutes before bed (still lacking consistency)
-Pumping to max pressure 3 days/week. 10 minute vaseline Jelqing before pumping to get hard and get blood moving. Go in to pump erect and do 5x5x3 Girth pumping plan with SSJs
-Wearing restriction ring after pumping for 1-2 hours.
-Sillisleeve after 4 hours and sometimes silistretcher depending on how much I feel like I am turtling.

Current Measurements:
Hit 7"BPEL and 4 7/8" EG Feb 12
 
Strong my brother! And when you have maxed out this routine check out SRT
 
It wasn't as good of a morning stretch today. I just couldn't seem to get a good grip and hold long enough without my hands cramping up.

Did manage the following:
10 minute shower warm up
1.5 min Ball and Lig
BTC Bundle twist to left. Did left, middle, right each for 1.5 minutes
BTC Bundle twist to right. Did left, middle, right each for 1.5 minutes
30 second rotary straight out
Straight Down Bundle twist to left. Did left, middle, right each for 1 minute
Straight Down Bundle twist to right. Did left, middle, right each for 1 minute
30 second rotary straight down
30 second rotary straight out

Silistretcher on at 6:30am.
 
Update to struggles from yesterday: I did manage to complete the rest of my stretching routine that fell apart yesterday morning in the afternoon.

Today was a scheduled rest day. 6 hours sillistretcher, and then sillisleeve to finish out the day. Add kegels in throughout the day and 50 each on bathroom trips.

May also take an unscheduled morning off tomorrow, as my wife has requested I not get up so early and spend the morning in bed with her before the kids get up for the day.
 
My morning routine was put on hold as I said yesterday, and spent time with my wife instead.

She has been struggling through bad vertigo the last couple months, so this was the first time in nearly two months she got my dick in her hands.

She could tell a difference in size which is awesome, but voiced she is a little worried about me getting much bigger and if she could take more size. Told her it takes time and it's not like I will somehow double size (although that would be awesome 🙂 ) in the next few months. Was a nice boost to my confidence!

I still want to push forward to 8x6. I think she can take the extra.
 
Welcome to the forum brother! Amazing to see another brother joining the brotherhood.

You said you have been having trouble with getting a grip with manuals.
My suggestion is to take the standard ok grip on your penis, hold as you normally would, and then take your other hand and use it to tighten the ok grip with your fingers.

This will not only allow you to stretch longer but also with more intensity.

@colossaltitan thanks for the welcome. I believe I had seen you post this tip elsewhere and I have been working to incorporate.

This mornings routine went much better and I was right at 8" BPFSL before putting on the silistretcher for the day.

Excellent routine. I hope you can stick with it.
 
I am committed to it until I feel I need to whittle a broomstick to increase intensity, or better yet, I have the funds for a Lengthmaster to really get after it

I'm a bit torn between investing in a mityvac or the lengthmaster first. Plan is to focus on length through June, then switch to a girth focus in July through December. I use my Bathmate 3 times a week currently with 5 x 5 x 3 program, but I think the mityvac will give me best of both worlds maintaining gains made in length over the next 4 months and helping pack on the girth better than bath mate. Any thoughts?
