DOes one apply the same concept of the LOT THeory with jelqing. I'm guessing it would be beneficial to use the same angles for both stretching and jelqing... anybody ?
LOT is entirely based on ligament gains. Jelqing does pull on the ligs (especially when less erect) but I don't know if it is to an appreciable degree. I wouldn't mix LOT and jelqing, but it couldn't hurt, I just don't see much benefit.
When you consider that jelqing does lend to gaining length and you are a believer in LOT than the two would be important to you. Since LOT also effect erection angle than jelqing too crosses over into this territory so it too applies. If someone could prove an exercise that increases LOT than I guess there would even be more excitement in this area.
