LMAO. A another PE website stole the video I did for Mattersofsize

Well recently one of my youtube accounts got terminated due to whatever reason. I had two videos up. One giving referral to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]matters of size[/words] ( which is here ) and one other video. The main video I'm talking about almost got up to 20k views and the other 10k. I couldn't post [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words] on the video, because the background music isn't mines, It's the Isley brother's. Anyways. After the account got terminated, some guy copied it and posted a weblink without my permission. That one video got alot of peeps to this site. One other guy wanted me to post a Q & A on it further, but I couldn't because of the account.


Anyways, the account in question has now posted the video ten-fold up to 111 of the same footage trying to get keywords through youtube SEO. Anything I can do about it? Isn't he taking my image without permission to promote his site? I did it out of the kindness of my heart, because MATTERSOFSIZE works obviously. I've been decon for a while now and still got my length gains. Girth a little, but it's all still there. This is the guy:
