Liposuction to reduce the evil fat pad?

I was thinking that this might be a plan... I've heard that once the fat cells are liposucked out, you don't accumulate fat in that area any more, but I don't know if this is really true. If so, it would be a great way to get rid of the dreaded fat pad and expose more dick on almost all of us.
 
Why wouldnt fat be able to build up again in that area? If you get liposuction, then start a good diet and work out, you will be set, but if you get liposuction and still eat the way you are now (whenever you started to get the fat pad), you will gain it back.
 
Fat would not build up again because you are removing the fat cells that hold calories. The body only has a set number of fat cells unless your over 100lbs. over weight, at that point the body makes new fat cells for storage.
 
True...once a fat cell is removed it cannot grow back; surrounding cells cannot divide and create new fat cells. There is one problem though...the fat cells that are left, can grow enormously...even grow in an area that is larger than the liposuctioned area. Another problem is that areas of skin that surround the liposuctioned areas of skin can grow larger than the liposuctioned area. Also...if you have stretch marks around that area...there is a very good chance that the skin will not grow back (tighten) so you could end up with loose skin folds etc.
