lig soreness?

i dont know why but my ligs never get sore what does this feel like because when i stretch i pull with all my might. am i doing something wrong? i have the payed site and follow it to a T. some times my skin on my dick is sore to the touch but hardly ever the inner penis gets sore any idea's ?

Are you making sure you're flaccid and warmed up for the strectching? I got soreness my first few weeks, then took a small break and it's like my ligs solidified. Haven't had any soreness since, no real gains since then either <

Are you feeling ant soreness at the base, above the base in and around the lower ab's or behind the scrotum? Skin soreness will happen and it is normal but it is very different than internal soreness. Feeling soreness above the base has rarely happened to me, when it happens it is usually just above the base of my penis in the ligaments.
