I have a 1/4 inch variation from BP and NBP...so it doesnt matter.
One can also loose
weight and make the BP stat become the NBP stat, so in theory the BP stat is very important.
I understand guys say NBP this and that, but that IMHO is a mental block for there insecurity about
weight loss, i.e they cant loose
weight or wont hence they cant be arsed going to the BP stat, so the NBP stat is the best.
That above assumption is only for a few guys here, most like still I UNDERSTAND fully why you say what you say.
Look at it from my perspective, LOOSE the
weight around the fat pad and the stats will be even....myn nearly are.
Your BP stat is hidden, its the lard you need to loose and than the NBP stat will rise.
Make sense to me to do ab-work, but I must have preached this to members time after time so they can get there NBP stat to reach the BP stat, but it falls on deaf ears and they get confused with sexual activity....i.e the fat pad prevents the extra portion of the BP getting in... lol use imagination ''like me'' in bed, changeing sexual positions and you'll notice that you can use some of that BP stat.
