Length Routine

So, time to amp up the intensity a little, since it's obvious I'm not one of the lucky easy gainers.

Been wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] + [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] for the past couple weeks and now to add a little more.

Somewhere in the middle of my current routine I'm going to add in some manual stretches:

DLD sock stretches
Inverted V-stretches/v-stretches

Now, my question is what would be the best rep range/time to hold each set?

Hopefully those stretches plus wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] 5-6 hours a day will bring some faster gains :D
 
6hrs extending will work IMO. I stick around 1200mg and its going great. J1L and fedora reported good results at that tension too. Add in the manual between sessions and you have the recipes for growth. Hold the stretches for 30secs to a min with asmuch intensity u bear.
