How do you do the lazy ass stretches while laying down I think you are suppose to put the penis
Between your thigh anyone know. And I keep slipping while trying to do these stretches.

You need some type of friction to keep the penis stretched back far enough to be effective this is why gravity helps with Lazy Ass Stretches while sitting.

These are done flaccid, you know this, right? If you are going to be doing traditional LAS's (where you sit) just be sure to reset the stretch every 20 minutes so to massage good circulation back before going for another set.
 
YeA I know they r done flacid. I wanted to do the stretches using my thighs I guess because I had trouble stretching my dick to my ass

You can do the stretch to either side too, not only BTC. I find using my thigh is much more intense.
 
i always feel like this cant be good for my balls squishing them with my dick running right through the middle.
 
Dont do the lazy ass stretch with your dick between your balls. I pull my balls forward to one side and pull my dick to the other.
