Larger Glans Chamber?

When I am erect, it is quite tight on me and much smaller in diameter than my girth. For those of you that use this, is this a problem or detrimental to our girth gains using the standard size chamber?

There was talk about them making a larger size and I just picked up my set today from the post office. I emailed them and they are not the best to send a reply back. So I was just wondering if anybody else knows if there is or an alternative.
