Lack of Gains from Lack of Strength?

I was wondering if my lack of gains, even when dedicated, could be from my lack of strength. I'm only 135 lbs, so obviously i'm not as strong as the average man. Therefore the force behind my stretches may not be enough to produce good gains
 
absolutely. also, i feel like its a good idea to experiment with hanging for a little while. doing so will show you how much force your penis is capable of handling, and will help shed any fear you may have of using too much force from your arms (YOU WON'T). cheers
 
i don't know how much force you are using when you are stretching manually..but even at 135lbs. you should be able to get a good grip and pull pretty hard...you are not gonna rip it off...but maybe the lack of gains can be due to the intensity factor...if you are not putting all your force behind your stretches...start to try...i started pe around the same weight and was able to get a good stretch...good luck

i use as much strength as i can and it feels like a good stretch, but then again i don't have anything more to compare it to
 
As I stated in a thread earlier, you want to stretch at your maximum intensity. Finding this safely can be done through progressively more and more intense stretches until you find your happy medium. Be sure the progression is smooth and steady, never jerk or immediately hard...work your way up to the intensity over a couple sessions.

i've had enough experience doing Penis Enlargement that i can use as much as intensity as my arm will produce lol. and of course i'd never jerk, that just sounds dangerous

Yup, twice the intensity, double the gains:)
 
If you're at the gym, I'd recommend forearm training. Use to do a lot of it during high-school and my grip would be intense! Might wanna' try that.
 
When I stretch I take my whole upper body as a source for strength, like shoulders and triceps etc. not only forearms. I really recommend you doing bench press, it will make your upper body massive plus the ladies love a big chest ;).

This sounds a lot like the Alpha-Body Stretch. It never really took off but it does use the whole body energy to stretch.
 
Try this:Find something like a chair arm, desktop or even the couch cushions, if you're kneeling, to "anchor" your grip on. And then use your bodyweight and shifting the angles of your stance to stretch.
Depending on your grip, leaning your upper body on your hand will tighten it up and your own weight will put much more torque on your penis than your arm ever could.

Also, look into:
FOOTLONG Stretches
SOCK Stretches
SINK Stretches

All require little strength as you will be using body weight and leverage for intensity.
