Keggal Bends

I have been experimenting with this. I get really hard I take and pull my penis by the head over to the extreme right or left then Keggal really hard. it makes my penis want to stand up but because I'm holding it I feel it stretch in the side. I have been thinking that this might be a safer form of erect bends that will allow me to work up to something more intense.

That actually sounds like a good excercise..I dont know but im going to try it
