I am currently in a situation where Penis Enlargementing (Jelqs and Holds) can't be done in in private because I have no privacy and very little time. And warming up is a big issue also because I can't have heating pads and a warm cloth never really worked for me.
SO...with that said I have decided to just do kegels until I get a little more privacy.
My Daily routine consists as follows -
50 quick warm up Kegels
250 - 1 second Kegels
100 - 3 second kegels (I clinch and hold for 3 seconds)
100 - 1 second kegels
I have always had trouble locating the BC muscle. Once I find it I will add those to my workout also. In a month, December 1st I will switch up my routine and add to it. I will try to modify my routine once a month to make sure that I don't plateau.
Any tips on how to find the BC muscle? What do you guys think of my routine?
