When I do my kegel routine for a couple of days, and my routine isn't excessive by any means, the last bit of my cum is much yellower in colour than if I don't do any kegels. If I don't do any kegels, my cum is all white.

I'm guessing this is just some prostate fluid, am I correct?

Do you take any supplements, it might case a yellowish semen, if you have not urinate before masturbation/sex, it might get a bit yellowish too. Can happen right after urination as well though. A bit of yellow semen is pretty much common.

No, no supplements. It's not yellow and thick, it's a lot more transparent than regular cum, it's just got a yellow tinge to it. It's literally the very last drop to come out when I have a few days of kegelling. Sometimes I do tend to drink a little less than I should. Maybe it could be that. It was a big load though, it looked like I drank enough!

Yeah. Thick, yellowish and strange looking sperm/load (can be lumps in it as well).

(Also: hard to come out with any force), can be a sign that you haven't ejaculated in a long time. If it goes back to normal after the first load it's probably this.
