4 good brothers, 4 great routines as well. I've taken notes from each of the 3 and have been trying to incorporate into my routine.

ok well i aggravated my ring burns yesterday from the stretches so I focused on kegel today

10mins stroke/massage warmup
5mins erect clock bends
5mins erect bends
162 manual clamped erect kegel holds(9-12 secs each)
81 manual clamped erect reverse kegel holds(9-12 secs each)
5mins erect bends(in all directions)

I also vote for k18, he has been dealing with and injury and he pushes through. He also does 2 hours of physical training per day which shows his commitment to his overall health (not to mention those nbpel gains!).
 
wow thank u guys, means a lot to me as I'm getting deeper into PE and also physical training(working on handstand push ups now and hopefully muscle-ups soon along with a lot of cardio, hiit, bit of yoga, etc)

my body has been quite sore but it's healing pretty well i would say thanks to my diet, i really only eat a snack and then a full meal both around dinner time, no breakfast or lunch, it's kept me lean and clean, and pretty decent on recovery I think

but to keep it short tonight, the only guys that were truly active this week almost daily purely based on logs is Mike and I, but also I have to mention Rocky & Big Schwanz Acht on the posting side and being the coach and assistant coach of this whole contest

honorable mention would be NS92, especially with his new reality tv show "the Kegel", but still I only vote for someone if they meet my criteria, which is (1)consistency & frequency (2) individual routine, what can I learn from them and is there a variety of elements and (3) posting and motivation

with that said Mike gets my vote, u have been extremely consistent, have been responding to others, and I especially like the high frequency of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] wraps after different stretches throughout the day, which I've never seen before and something I may incorporate

Keep it up man. Sounds like your hitting it hard in the gym. I went through wanting to do a muscle up, then my shoulder messed up lol. I still workout 5 days a week just a different style.

Thanks brother I've been trying to stay consistent and keep my routine. I really want these gains as I want gains in the gym. So I try to match to intensity and let the two fuel each other.

As far as the contest goes, I think I will find another judge also to chip in in addition to the one I had. This is too close to call.
 
As far as the routine of the week K18 won twice. But thats not the only factor... I am working on finding another judge.

Remember guys as I said I have a judge picked out from the beginning, he as well as the new one I will find will remain anonymous. But I have disclosed this judge with the mod Big Schwanz Acht nad will disclose the additional once I find it. It is just too close and I want to make sure it is fair.

First thing, everybody did awesome and this competition came soooooo close. Though all three judges scored the contest one way, the margin was so small it could've gone multiple ways.

Hell yes that's bad ass brother. There were some amazing routines this past month from everyone. I love the different styles and ways each brother used this past month. I really learned quite a bit and will continue to learn with quality gentleman such as yourselves.

Also guys I am thinking of running this again around the 20th this month to allow everyone to regroup and have it end around Thanksgiving. This time there would be no price at the end, in order to keep this contest going and make it sustainable thats what we have to do. But the diplomas are still in play and each diploma is for 10% and they stack so theoretically speaking you could still win a price completely free if you collect 10 diplomas. But thats going to be tough and remember the diplomas do expire. If you won this contest in the past year, and that's only you Mike and Nerd, you will not be eligible for a prize just so we can spread the love around but are still encouraged to join in the contest and help motivate our fellow members.

Yup definitely doing it again, as mentioned before I don't want to abuse your generosity so I am thinking the only prize will be the Diplomas. And evolve the contest to be a weekly grind for the diplomas each being 10% off and they stacK so you could potentially win a prize 100% free if you won 10 diplomas. However if you feel you can give another prize, we would all be thankful for it.

Winners are always welcomed to participate but in order to spread the love aka prizes I am going to do how DLD does in his contests. Prize can be won only once a year.

However I think we can keep the diplomas for everybody including past winners.
