Sorry Rocky, I should have done a better job commiting.

My time has been really limited.

My routine is now just

1. Warm up with rice sock for 5 mins
-followed by 5 mins Bundled Stretching (2:30 each hand)

2. DLD Blasters (straight and above using a thermaband for grip, 100 kegels and then AStretch for 30 reps. 1 rep= 5 second Kegel followed by 5 second reverse kegels)

3. 4 sets of slow intense jelqing. 1 rep= both hands. I do a 30 second Uli or erect squeeze between each set. I balloon (no stroking) to get hard for each Uli/squeeze

4. Warm down in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] for 5-7 mins. I push the intensity with the vacuvin mod and also do some [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] stretches.

5 . Cock ring for 45 mins

15 seconds each straight out left, right middle
10 rotary cranks straight out
15 seconds each upwards left, right, middle
10 rotary cranks upward

I guess I get mine in for next week. I've been doing this on and off for the past week. I briefly spoke with a member on another forum and he had written how-to's for exercises known as The Ultimate Jelq and The Ultimate V Jelq.

There's a few subtle differences between the Jelq and the Ultimate Jelq. The user's name was rbi99 on PEgym (that should make it easy to Google, for those interested). V jelqs felt useless till I tried the Ultimate V jelqs. Gotta say, really nice pump at the end of my session.


My routine this week:

1. Warm up

Heated Rice Sock for five minutes

Bundled stretches for 2:30 minutes each hand.

2. Length

I do DLD's length blaster routine

I use a piece of cloth or a clean sock for a better grip, right below the glans.

While lying or reclined I stretch straight above my navel as hard as can without pain for 100 quick kegels.

Then I hold an A Stretch for 50 reps (1 rep = 5 second Kegel + 5 second reverse kegel)

3. Girth

I balloon/ edge till I am 100 percent erect to start.

30 second Uli transitioning to compressing squeeze at the 15 second mark.

I then do the Ultimate Jelq for 50 reps (1 rep= both hands)

I then do 40 reps of the Ultimate V Jelq (20 with each hand)

I repeat this till I have done all at least 3 times.

I end the girth session with a 30 second Uli and then put a cock ring on for an hour.

4. Warm down in the shower
