Its been a while since Ive been in these forums, Ive been pleasantly surprised to find that the Journals section is as active as its ever been. For this reason I will open up the contest again with the primary purpose of motivating each other. In the past contest we saw some people make amazing gains by the end of the contest, hopefully this time around we experience similar results.

Other than getting bigger cocks, and kicking all your asses the idea behind this contest is that throughout my time in PE Ive found that the most powerful tool in our hands :cool: is this forum and everything else is just supplementary. This is due to the body of knowledge that has been built over time and is readily accessible to all of our members. It is for this reason that this contest champions the development of the personal journals above anything. I will expand on the rules now.

The Rules:

1. The Journal A.K.A. is not one thing in this competition, it is the only thing in this competition. The contestants will be judge based on the consistency of their posts (do you post every day? every other day?), the quality of their posts, the progress made (gains) and the willingness to help fellow members

2. Its not only about your journal, are you also participating in other member's journals? Share your insights!

3. This is a one month long competition, and will be judged by a judge or judges who volunteer, which makes it highly subjective. And if at the end you suspect of favoritism, you are probably right so suck it up. LOL

4. On the Friday of every week to keep everybody on track come here and post what you think was the routine of the week, it can be either the routine of one of your fellow members which inspired you or if you want to be a complete jackass then you can post your own routine.

The price for winning is a bigger cock, but I will throw in a $10 Giftcard at Chipotle. Don't let this amazing price blind you and forget the true purpose of this contest, greed is frowned upon around here. I think BSA was going to offer up $10k but since the old man lost all his money betting on McGegor then will let this one slide.

There is already a judge picked as I mentioned before and he will remain anonymous, I disclosed who the judge is to the mod BSA just so you know its not me. However since there is a price involved I am removing myself as a potential winner for the price.

So there's 5 people that could potentially win the prize, the odds are really good. Our last winner was NerdSince92, he is super consistent and provides a lot of value to this forum by virtue of his journal. That being said lets not distract ourselves this is about staying motivated and achieving our goals the prize is just a bonus not the goal.

Now the benefit I noticed of doing the hardcore stretches is afterwards your super fatigued.

I am doing a lot of research and science/study and believe it to help both length and girth due to the nature of bodily tissues. AM routine:

This is what I did when I started 3 to 4 months ago when I joined this site and met DLD (Online of course). Looking to start back up here in a week or 2 to continue the gains.
