just wondering.

every time i stretch or do dld blasters i get some fluid build up at the top of my head, is this normal.

also i have starrted to jelq every day now in the morning for 30 min sesion.
at night is when is stretch. i have started dld blasters the only problem is i do this for about 20 to 30 min. my sets go as the following: 50 sets of 5 second holds. 5 sec with a regular kegel and and 5 with reverse thats one set. i am to sore to continue after to do my other regular stretches that i usually do like stretching in every direction. is just doing dld blasters ok? im looking for length.

if you're sore, your doing something right. its okay to stop.

In terms of fluid build-up in the head, i never heard of that so i can' thelp you.

It happens to me because I have the tendency to grip on my head also when stretching. It's no big deal for me. It doesn't last long afterwards.

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
