what part of the penis produces the best gains from the tunica or suspensory ligaments, i have noticed alot of stretches are dedicated to pull out the inner penile structure but alot of others also just stretch out the shaft itself ??
It was long thought that ligament gains would bring the most gains but as we explore more and more into Tunica specific exercise, we are finding equal or even better gains via Tunica work.
