I am relatively new to Penis Enlargement, however, I have had some awesome increases in a short period of time thanks to the phase 1 by DLD! I started on August 21st, and still currently on phase 1.
I am looking to improve girth over length. I noticed that phase 4 and 5 have specific routines for it. I recently incorporated the squash jelq and iso compress squeezes in addition to the phase I which I thought got a great pump.
I was curious if any experienced users would advise going to phase 4 or 5 specifically to do girth workouts, or if it is wiser to follow the program to the letter.
