Discoloration has not dissipated, thinking I may have to look into skin bleaching or something. I cannot afford a IR lamp.

Girlfriend isn't a fan of the discoloration and neither am I!

What does your girth routine look like?
 
this is definitely what I'm dealing with but at a MUCH less severity.

then you may want to ask him for a more mellow treatment. I know that filmfreak was pretty extreme but I’m sure he could work out a more moderate treatment.
 
P.E. on pause until I can figure out the discoloration issue.
I did a 2.5 minute pump session at 5hg last night which was fun, but I simply cannot risk more discoloration.

What are you doing to deal with the discoloration? Let me know so I can advise other methods that you may not have thought of yet.

So I haven't measured in a month. I took a pretty decent break.

last I measured I was: 7.36'' x 5.43''

My initial goal for girth was 5.5'', so yes, I'm definitely willing to move onto a length focused routine, as I'm starting my weightloss journey and I'd love to add some more NBPEL. (I only show like at most 5.5" NBPEL)

I've done nothing. I was hoping it'd go away on it's own, it hasn't.

I may go see my doctor.
 
13 minutes of hanging 6LBS and I feel it!

Decondition/healing breaks are nice when you return because the exercises actually give you a WORKOUT sensation.

We have a few protocols for discoloration. If you look up the member @filmfreak he has done amazing work in this area. You can also look into the MOSRed which is a lamp that when you used with alpha hydroxy destroys discoloration. Also look into apple cider vinegar as being a catalyst to get rid of discoloration.

Notes:
Had pretty bad edema build up, I wrapped my penis pretty tightly for 50 minutes and when I took it off, it was 100% gone & I was just shy of 5.75'' girth! 6'' With my c-ring on.

Super cool. I love the wrapping!

I realized that my pain in the left side base of my penis/groin area likely came from bundled stretching, so I may remove those for a bit while I let it heal.


yooo when you do your stretches in the beginning of your routine (the 45 second ones) do you do each stretch only once for 45 seconds or 3 sets of everything?

If you count go for 30 to 60 seconds but I don’t recommend countering. I recommend setting a time like 30 minutes and just getting as much done as you can in that time period. I think that you’ll find this type of training more fun and less restrictive
