My name is Joshua.
I've done P.E. for 3 years with little gains, but now with DLD motivating me and supporting my journey, I finally feel like the gains are on their way.

I have a LOT of spare time, so I'm doing more than my designed routine, and by that I mean after the stretching and 5X5X3 sets. Lots of random SSJ's, Squeezes & Edging.

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 45-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 45-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 45-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 45-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 45-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 45-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 45-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 45-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 45-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 45-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 45-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 45-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25 cranks

5 minutes bundled stretching

Girth:

5x5x3 DLD Bathmate Super-Sets
Apply c-ring & do SSJ's with random erections as well as squeezes/or clamped edge for 20 minutes or so.

CURRENT STATS/GOALS
BPFSL: 7.15"
BPEL: 6.9"-7.0"
NBPEL: 5.5" (1.5" fat pad.. 6' tall 245 pounds... I'm working on it.)
EG: 5.15"-5.23" (DEFINITELY bigger when aroused with my girlfriend. I'd say closer to 5.25" but I can't be sure.)

GOAL:
BPEL: 7.25"-7.5"
EG: 5.75''-6.0"

Quick extender pro (VLC attachment coming Dec. 2nd or 3rd, then I will begin using this)

I can't wait to report significant gains and be on my way to my not so crazy or out of reach goals.

I’m so happy that you started the progress and routines thread. This is the best way for us to help you with any issues you may have and to help keep you motivated. Be as precise as you can and explain every detail as far as your work out, measurements, size changes and other info so we can get a full picture of what is and isn’t working. I’m pretty sure the routine I gave you is gonna work very well LOL
 
Absolutely! I've not been this motivated to do PE since I first started.

I'm about to head into the bathtub for another 5x5x3 set!
I've been doing a lot of work.. Less downtime = quicker I'll get that girth increase!

I do wonder if I'll see length increase before girth though.

Omg hahahaha

You’ll find me doing it constantly when you start to pay attention to everything I post. Left is right, up is down, insides out is outside in. Very difficult to deal with but it does sometimes bring humor. At the same time it’s a bit embarrassing. ?

Very nicely laid out! Very organized! Sorry to hear about your pain. It should go away within 24 hr.

After my stretching, I went to use the bathroom, during using the restroom, I kegeled & my PC muscles began to cramp pretty badly.
Ever hear of this or know why that happened?

I'm going to do this routine every day I can, occasionally taking days off if I'm just not feeling it at all that day. (Or maybe just pick a day to always have as an off day)

Try to work that day off into a schedule. Are usually take Sundays off.
