Progress thread Joshua's journey to 7.25 x 5.75

How many sets are you getting in per day?
I have been incredibly inconsistent due to my living situation and just falling out of discipline for P.E.

I just did:

30 mins hanging 7lbs, 10 mins 5-7HG pump x2

Do you suggest any minor changes?

I would really like to help you put a routine together if that something you’re into. Let me know and I can ask you the questions I need to ask you

I was doing you multidirectional stretches & your 5X5X3, which brought me gains at an alarming rate, after being plateaued.

I'd love to hear what you suggest for more of a length based routine, I still have a decent amount of girth I want to gain, but my NBPEL is buried by a 2' fat pad. If I can gain girth at the same time, this would be great too!

I was 262LBS and I've lost weight down to 245LBS, My first major goal is 220LBS.

3 things come to mind immediately diet, exercise and Lengthmaster. If you have tapped out all the intensity from your own grip then it’s time to get yourself into a LM to continue growth. This will be a huge step up in your growing.

Exercise and diet are also extremely important to bringing visual growth added into the new growth you’ll be making. Put together a very basic exercise program like walking 2 miles a day. And also put together five small meals a day, make sure they’re healthy! The reason for this is you want your metabolism running as much as possible and every time we take him food or metabolism kicks in. I think you should keep it very basic and easy to do you’ll be able to stick with it.

From my own experience, when I lost almost 3 inches of fat pad, Was incredible. I went from having a 9 inch penis covered by 3 inches of fat to a 8.5 inch penis with a quarter inch of fat! Game changer!

Unfortunately I spent $200 on a QEP and used it maybe for a total of 30 hours. I don't like extenders, and I've already shelled out way too much on devices. So I'm sorry but I can't afford to buy another.

However, the vast majority of my PE training has been girth related, so I think there's plenty of length gains to be had with a consistent and solid routine with the devices I already have plus your advice!

May? Do! ??
I did! and wow was it a session! It's CRAZY to me that a manual exercise (minus the clamp, I just like the extra umph) can cause me to have edema under my glans.

I only did one 5 minute set too!

I just finished 2x30 minutes 7lbs hanging straight out, I mounted a pully to the bottom of my desk and now hanging is so much more comfortable.

Feels good doesn’t it? I’m so happy you decided to do it

Definitely! It's nice to be training again.

After 5x5x2 (3 sets is just a long duration, I think I'll stick to two, and on days I'm having fun PEing I'll do a 3rd set) I was at 5.945" girth!

Pretty bad "ball" of edema in my frenulum. Is this any concern?

Not at all it will go down. I would do some deep tissue massage to help it dissipate quicker but it’s nothing really to worry about

Are you doing these as supersets?

No, when I'm not in the mood to do 5X5X3 this is my main routine.
Do you have any recommended changes to it?

My BPFSL showed 7.71 which I think is the largest I've ever measured that way, maybe I'm gaining. Not too sure.. I know I should pay attention to the routine and progress but I also enjoy PE as a thing I just incorporate semi-passively while I'm at my desk.

Maybe I should do the routine you commented on but just add 2 x 5 minute SSJ's in.. I wonder if that would make a major difference.
