jelq erection

How erect should you be to perform the jelq, i have had many different answers and have tried out for myself many ways. Ultimaltly when i am too erect to begin with i often end up getting too erect during it, however i am not sure if it works aswell when you arent so erect (however saying that i can see the difference in this method, unlike the more erect one)

Whatever, doesnt matter IMO and ive been doing it for years.

I do it erect, semi erect, etc.. I prefer doing it more erect rather than not, because I take breaks and kegel and hold it for 10 seconds and continue jelqing

I personally jelq at close to 100%, and right in the morning so erections come alot easier. I'd say jelqing at low erection levels is the equivalent of jerking off. I don't see any benefit to it.

I feel like low erection level jelqing is what improves my erection quality the most...maybe it's just me...
