It's Me Time

I had a subway like five subs for four weeks 12"'s, it was consummation of my objective to eat and get full on healthy food, it is not a common way to eat for most restaurants all the food you eat prepared is like prepared to give you a heart attack; the quicker the better.

Subway is actually a pretty good and inexpensive way to eat. If you get a sub with all the veggies and lean meat it makes for a great meal, stay away from the mayo and stick with mustard or a light dressing.

So I slacked it for a couple weeks (I was depressed I think:P) I ate so much freaking chicken patties: Chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, chicken- chicken! My stomach was getting upset. I ate it all with white bread too o my gosh-- I tried not to eat the whole burger, or no dressing, or no fires, or less bread- I haven't weighed myself but I feel like I put on a couple pounds:s I did exercise everyday tho and I got right back on a healthy diet after those weeks passed. So last night I ate pork chops that tasted great but should def have been cooked longer *Balgh* reminder to myself not to ever do that again it feel like I'm swelling up like a cactus in my esophagus.

Anyways I ate well the last week or so keeping to the basic healthier food: sushi, yogurt, granola, cereal, salads, etc. I was tired of getting hit on so I thought I would just stop losing weight. I think it helped but I think it is beater to maintain the weight I am at and learn how to ignore comments what other people say:blush:

Smart idea. Whatever is in your house will end up in your belly so keep good food in the house. I really only eat once per day, usually about 10PM and this is after I have smoked some weed so if I get the munchies I want only good food.

If you have never taken spaghetti sauce, cooked ground round, and cheese, heat it up and eat it on white bread toasted- ya'll missin' out! It was truly DANK, it really was..I'm going back for 2nds right now!

...oh yeah and Milk!

Wow ok a few weeks have gone by and boy have I been eating! I feel like I have gained weight maybe 5 lbs at the least possibly 10 lbs I wont know until I see the doctor on May 6th they will weigh me. One night I was so depressed I ate 4 slices of pizza and cookies and got into bed to sleep right after I did that on purpose because I was feeling so bad. Well that didn't help and since then I haven't really gone back to eating better I will say I eat a lot of homemade sandwiches so that's a good thing, whole wheat bread, couple slices turkey or chicken breast, with light mayo and mustard, the usual granola bars, fruit, water. Then I fucked up by binging on some ice cream for like a week I ate so much ice cream the past two weeks I don't even feel like eating ice cream right now and I always am down for ice cream. I bought frozen chicken strips and chicken nuggets it was the less fattening brands so I thought it would be ok. In a bout a week I ate most of one bag and all of the other and I can really feel it like I gained weight even though my body doesn't look any worse I can see my tummy looks like a marsHydromaxallow more than flat:blush: I have been drinking soda almost every day and I have eaten lots of sweets.

So its time to get back on track and it always helps me to keep it here on file so next time I think about satisfying my emotions I can remember I am trying to accomplish a goal somewhere and to try making the healthier choice. Last night I had In-N-Out hamburger and taffy so I will do my best to let that be like the last night of this for a while I haven't been able to walk as often as I have usually but when I eat a hamburger I try and not eat very much else for the day. Today is my sisters birthday and I'm about to go make cupcakes;) DOH

Well, it sounds like you fell the fuck off the wagon :)

Doing much better on the diet. Eating better not gaining any weight- good news. Mainly eating tuna, chicken, steak, lettuce, fish, beans, potatoes, whole wheat breads, dairy, a little butter, olive oil, trail mix, corn, occasionally apples, bananas, mixed veggies, tea, water, more soda than usual, a few home cooked Asian dishes, eating out more often than usual, cereal, Honey Bunches of Oats is my favorite, chips almost everyday- tortilla to Doritos, ham, turkey, Subway Italian BathmateT. is my new favorite sub on Honey Oat bread, seriously it is the bomb. They sell these really yummy snacks called Chex Mix but the only good flavor is Honey Nut and the Chocolate flavor. They're low is the fat side so I enjoy them. Hopefully I can keep this up I would really like to introduce more greens into my diet.
