A very good thing. This is ligamentary and base muscles stressing. But make sure not to over hang the weight load. Only increase on progressive weight load. If you need more info, let us know.
 
Wrapping loosely with the flexible bandage and keep it close to the body or crotch as possible. Most of the brothers keep warm through this method in the past, and only some in the present. However, if you're going to make babies, that's not a good way to keep your sperms alive.



Every one responses differently on dosages. For me, I can take up to 100mg and nothing will happen. Why? My body will generate naturally more than the pills can. My body already reaches compensation level. Not a good idea to take that much though as your heart rate can go through the roof. Before your marriage nights, make sure to test out each dosage load with different medication. Always, always, always!! space out a day or two during testing. Do not take them day after day until your system fully get rid of them. Otherwise, you can't measure the effectiveness.

Just in case, have two or three medication that works for you on standby. Alternate between them. Each formulation is different, but triggered the same nitric oxide level loading into your bloodstream. It's best to alternate the medication so your body don't become dependent to them.

Penis will shrink with age. It shrinks due to cold, and it will shrink because of injuries. In cold water, my penis will hide inside my body like a little mushroom fearing in coming out of the ground. So yes, the penis does shrink.

That's natural. It's called physiological preservation to prevent injuries or damages. We train and reprogram our penis to do things differently over time

possible to get glan gains with hanging?

Yes, you can. However, it requires you to have a specialized hanger to compress the head, like the leather hanger or the LM3 plates. Do be very careful to precondition your glans up using only light weights. Too much pressure in the glans will cause bloody blisters.

Based on the time line of April 26, you're about 5 weeks into the PE. The routine you're having now should already have precondition your tissues to the point where you can increase the intensities up to moderate and slightly high intensities. Following your workout you have now, and with limited time you have before marriage:

Warm water 10 min
Stretching newbie routine for 5 min, lightly to get the tissues stretched and malleable.
Stretch using other SRT routines, such as behind the cheeks (BTC), rotator cranks, different angles at the front (left, right, up, and a whole lot of down), and various other exercises. Here's a nice list for you to play with, and the other lists as well:


Don't limit to just 10 minutes. Perform as much exercises as you have free time for, anywhere between 30 minutes to ask long as 90 minutes.

Reserver jelqing time for 10 min to provide sustainable blood flow to revive the penis.

Use tighter wraps, such as flexible tape with coban tape to keep your penis elongated and stretched. Noticed I didn't say loosely wrapped. I incicated tighter or tightly wrapped, without making your penis goes numb for cold. The wrapping tightness is up to you as we can't see your penis condition. Wrap tightly enough where you are forcing your penis to stretch forcefully. Take your hand, grab the bottom for the glans, and pull it while it's still flaccid. That's what you're attempting to achieve with the tight wrapping.

No. You want heavy first and ease up so your penis can remain at a relaxed state, not stressed. Relaxed state is around 2.5lbs to 3lbs. Too heavy causes the penis to switch to preservation mode and turtle back into the body.

erection length dont gained anything i think . it contract usually and become shorter & after some rest 48 hour it get to original length or it gained may be 0.3 cm i think

i am about to finish the 3rd wk in my routine

& i did 10 min jelqing for a month before my current routine

For growth this is not recommended. Are you only looking to cement? Let me know and perhaps we can work on a more fruitful routine.

If you want to stop now, reduce to 1 day on and 1 day off for a month to cement it a bit faster. 1 time a week may cause your gain to reset back to the original size due to cellular rebounce. Cellular rebounce is something similar to going into a crazy diet to lose weight, successful lost the weight, eat normally again, but you gain all the weight back. Cellular rebounce is when the body is being aggressive in restoring its prior conditioned state by forcing the body to regress.

To cement it faster, 1 day on, 1 day off for the next month, or even 2 months.

Then ease back on the 2nd or 3rd month with 1 day on, 2 days off for another 2 months.

If you reduce the PE routines too fast, you may lose what you've gained.
