but the most accurate method to measure flaccid is after warm water right ?

That may help a bit but I never tried this. I know for me i would measure once every 3 to 6 months officially but I always measure after length session using the flaccid stretched bone pressed measurement to make sure I was seeing growth. Growth always manifested itself first in FSBP and later BPEL.

No. The more accurate way to measure a good flaccid state is right after a good erection going down to flaccid. There's still a good volume of blood still. A quick pull on the penis to get it to a good elongation in a flaccid state before measurement is a good way to measure the real flaccid.

i did that simply by contracting the muscle that prevent the urine and trying to raise the balls
contracting for 5 sec relaxing for 5 sec
total 2 min i am very beginner in that i didnt did kegel before

i tried before to do kegel for 4 min the erection deteriorate

is that right ?

should i do reverse kegel ?

why ?

and how i do that reverse kegel ?in a very simple way

Kegels in general should be done while doing girth while reverse kegels should be done during length. But aside from that general statement there is no reason you can't do both. For me it was mostly trying I used the general way I used kegels all day when I was not training to increase my eq.

The long time of cementing is because the brothers where just doing one or two PE session per week, causing their cementing stages drastically slowed down.

1 month 1 day routine 3 days off
1 month 1 day routine 4 days off
then stopping as i like
is this ok ?

10 min warm water
10 min stretching
10 min jelqing
2 min kegel
6 min warm water

at this time after 2 weeks from now i become doing routine for 7 weeks
