i am in second week

2 days jelqing
2 days rest
2 day jelqing
1 day rest

i need to know what bad signs that show i doing a bad pe intensity ?or too much intensity ?

i am very beginner i did these exercises before and i gain 1 cm before

i wish to gain another 1 cm to reach 5.1 inch from 4.7 inch now

is this a good intensity ?

well jelgs are a beginner exercise you can gain early on but you eventually will stop seeing gains jelgs do nothing for me.i just jelgs for good circulation and erections quality after I hang with the lengthmaster. I almost train daily most of the time,I suggest you record every session and post daily by you doing this it keeps you motivated and mix up your routine so you won't get burned out doing the same routine daily.

For me ,pulling slowly and increase intensity during a 5 minute interval helps make for the best workouts. I don't know but I always try to feel for an ache around my pubic bone.

Intermediate and advanced PE-ers always aim for this. But everyone have a unique achiness routine deviating from the rest. At times, I also do oscillating methods where I stretch but whip my penis like a power rope. That brings immediate achiness within a minute or two.

You shouldn't be doing a softer routine. Cut off whatever is distracting you. The routine you are doing is too weak. You won't make enough gains with that. You should aim to train for at least 5 days a week.

Your session should last for 20 minutes and you should do it twice daily. Also, make sure that you are wrapping to heal in an elongated state.
 
2 days on and 2 days off is mainly for maintenance for long term cementing when you already reached your goal. 1 on and 1 off is fine, but that's considered as bare minimum.

i tried before to do stretching in every side for 15 min 0.5 min rest after each session 4 times a week

i lost erection in the second week of exercises !!!!!

& i took 1 week rest to regain my erection

these 20 min is seem to me very unbelievable number i dont think i could ever do this

Tissues resting phases. 2 days of rest is too long. 24 hours is not 24 hours. It's actually 30 hours or more. That's way too long. You only want 8 to 10 hours of rest on average. You have to keep the cells under the influence of growth. 2 days on and 2 days off are for some of the brothers with specialized cases of either extreme growth rate or unique hard to grow rate.

This is a better approach. Your gains will improve more as you increase your intensity along the way. 1cm should easily be achieved within 8 months. But do things safely. Don't be desperate and push forward too hard.

Definitely. Newbie routines go as far as 5 an 6 days on, 1 day off.

This is due to penile stresses. So, go easy with newbie routine until your penis is conditioned up for the higher intensities, and then increase the intensities. Stick with 2 days on, 1 day off for now.

Not sure how the 1.5 days off going to work out since after each day of routine, you actually have up to 14 hours of rest. So, any day you're resting, you may have up to 40 hours of rest. This is your call, brother. See if this proposed method works for you.

Build up momentum with your current routine. But do not tell yourself that you cannot do it. Mindset is everything brother.

So true 👍 with the right mindset you can make miracles happen. Within momentum, this is also very important. Knowing yourself will greatly impact your growth. I did this throughout my process. But when I created SRT I realized there is no better routine because unlike a normal routine where you need to change constantly SRT gives many ways to continue growing simply through adding additional exercise and more intensity.

Wait, wait, wait. You have a smaller flaccid, as in when your penis is flaccid, it shrinks to a very small size? If that's the case, no need for a cream. Just do stretches to stress the tunica tissues, and wrap or use the penis sleeve to keep it elongated to reprogram the body and brain to keep the flaccid longer. It's a very normal thing for the body to respond to perform a preservation of energy when you're not using the penis.

That, you don't have to worry about. Like I mentioned earlier, use TheraBand for a good fix if you think your penis will shrink and slides into the sleeve. I rather have a loose sleeve than a tight one. Loose sleeve allows the blood to flow better. Tight is nice, but it can be a bit too much over the hours of wearing.

It will not remain at flaccid level for too long. It will switch to preservation mode and shrinks.

Since your flaccid length is 9cm, what is your erected length?

Your current flaccid girth is 9cm circumference. Covert that to diameter, that's 9cm/3.14 = 2.87cm. The available SiliSleev#2 and SiliSleev#5 are 2.5cm (or 25mm) for diameter in various length. The sleeve may be too small? Nope. It will stretch over time. Use the TheraBand to keep the penis in place to prevent it from retracting inside the sleeve, if and only if the penis does slide in (or turtling)


The DuroSleev may be way too tight for you. You can get one, but you have to use heat to expand it.

Don't measure so much. Gains come as they do with everyone, sometimes fast and sometimes slower. Your goal is quite humble and see this happening within 6 months.

When ever you have the hardest cock. I used to take a viagra so within a 1/2 hour I would measure.
