right now only my flaccid filled with blood after erection and after warm water gained 1 cm
but the smallest penis form it gained may be 0.5 cm and
erection length dont gained anything i think . it contract usually and become shorter & after some rest 48 hour it get to original length or it gained may be 0.3 cm i think
warmup = 10 min
streteching including rotational crank = 12 min
jelqing = 10 min
warm water = 6 min
i am about to finish the 3rd wk in my routine
& i did 10 min jelqing for a month before my current routine
should i do two session of my streching and 1 min rest or the best is 0.5 min rest & jelqing and other stuff

Exactly! Daily discipline is the key to success. It was always in my training the first thing I did when I woke up was train. From there I did another routine and at night I trained. Most of my groVery good sign and result.

If you want to stop now, reduce to 1 day on and 1 day off for a month to cement it a bit faster. 1 time a week may cause your gain to reset back to the original size due to cellular rebounce. Cellular rebounce is something similar to going into a crazy diet to lose weight, successful lost the weight, eat normally again, but you gain all the weight back. Cellular rebounce is when the body is being aggressive in restoring its prior conditioned state by forcing the body to regress.

if i notice my gain i am about to lose ?The 2 months of 1 day on 1 day off was to provide gains. Continue this regiment for the next 2 months to provide the penis the time to "cement" as well, and of course, you will also "gain" during this time. In the 3rd month from now, you can back off to 1 day on, 3 days off if you like, or even 1 day off, 6 days off (which is a week).
Just make sure to observe every now and then that you don't lose your gains.

( thats what i did already now (( first week 3 times - second week 2 times )) ( orginially my gain routine was day and day off (3-4 times per week i go on for routine for roughly 2 months )
1 month twice a week
1 month once per week
how long cementing should last and whats the least time for cementing and what is the maximum time for cementincementing ?
and it should be designed as i did right like runners right ?

The risk of losing the gains is minimal. We prefer to go as long as we can, but if there is any loss, it will be very minimal.

If you have the time, keep at it. More efforts put in, the better chance there's no loss.

hi @DLD can you help me with this ?You are welcome my brother. Don't let the gains go away because the penis hasn't been receiving the love and care it should have. Every now and then, do a bit of jelqs and light stretches to get the blood flowing again. It's simply to remind the brain and the rest of the body that the penis is still around and don't let it be the last on the list. Having butt hair and a hairy back should be the last thing on the list.
For me, it took a lot of kegels to get the job done. Then, I would do things like erect Stretching, reverse erect jelqs. Also you know what else I would do 5x5x3. But most importantly are kegels.hi @DLD can you help me with this ?

how can i make nitric oxide test at home ?!We've all gone through stressful times, and as @DLD pointed out, a bit of synthetic booster may be required. Low HDL is not an issue in the PE journey, but it may play a tiny role in influencing the production of testosterone. I use the word "may", because your testosterone could already be at optimal value. If it's very low from a blood sample test, then you definitely have issues with a combo of both. No matter how much nitric oxide to get your heart and blood pumping, that testosterone level will pull the penis erection quality back down.
So, things to consider:
Primary, free and total testosterone level tests. Commonly, the best time to test for the free testosterone level is early in the morning, around 4 AM to roughly around 9 AM. 4 AM is the peak period. This controls most of your erection quality. I believe there are a few very accurate at-home test kits, depending on where you are in the world.
Secondary, nitric oxide test can be done at home. Wish testosterone can be done the same.
Once you have an inkling of what's going on, we can move on from there. Having schizophrenia can do a number with the body's hormones, such as high load of cortisol (the stress hormone). You might want to measure the cortisol level as well. It will give a very wide range to hindsight to your internal bioligical conditions.

The lab has more accuracy, but the timing in going into the lab can cause the accuracy also to drop. You want that peak hours measurement, and not a drop in values when you have the urine or saliva samples sit in the refrigerator for too long.

Medication i don't really know too much about that but I do know that when I was having my issues, I would take fifty milligrams of viagra, a day, and that would get me hard, very quickly.
