Take your time. Each full rotational crank is around 5 to 10 seconds. No need to rush.

That may help a bit but I never tried this. I know for me i would measure once every 3 to 6 months officially but I always measure after length session using the flaccid stretched bone pressed measurement to make sure I was seeing growth. Growth always manifested itself first in FSBP and later BPEL.

No. The more accurate way to measure a good flaccid state is right after a good erection going down to flaccid. There's still a good volume of blood still. A quick pull on the penis to get it to a good elongation in a flaccid state before measurement is a good way to measure the real flaccid.

i did that simply by contracting the muscle that prevent the urine and trying to raise the balls

total 2 min i am very beginner in that i didnt did kegel before

i tried before to do kegel for 4 min the erection deteriorate

Kegels in general should be done while doing girth while reverse kegels should be done during length. But aside from that general statement there is no reason you can't do both. For me it was mostly trying I used the general way I used kegels all day when I was not training to increase my eq.

The long time of cementing is because the brothers where just doing one or two PE session per week, causing their cementing stages drastically slowed down.

If you have no pain you should continue but if you are experiencing pain, then you definitely need to take a break. And during that break, you can do kegels, and you can do that jelking.

The idea of 3 months is not set in store but can be adjusted. 3 months for me is consistency with measurements beyondmy goal of .5" if I am able to measure past my goal size i want to see that measurement on the 3 month mark.

There's no sure way to just cement immediately in 3 months. Only your body can tell you whether or not you can cement in 3 months. When anyone is uncertain of the 3 months cementing, we simply push hard in those 3 months to gain a much as we can and the body will cement on its own afterwards. You might lose a bit, but a tiny loss with a full cementing.

Example, if you push hard in three months and gain 23cm, then suddenly stop, the cementing may be around 22.5cm because there was no reduction of stressing load. I came across a few of the posts verified this as well when I was fixing the links. This is why we all slow down little by little to prevent sudden loss.

i have 3 months and 2 weeks before my marriage from now

i am thinking to cement in these 3 months
but i am thinking to exercise before the marriage by 2 months to reach a good EQ in the first days of my marriage

but i dont know how to do the two in the same time cementing & exercise before marriage by 2 months to get a good EQ

is these exercise is fine ( jelqing + kegel ) 3 times per week ok before marriage the last 2 months before marriage should i increase the frequency is it ok 3 times per week to get a good EQ ?!!!!

She enjoyed every part of the PE journey and encouraged me to keep going, so she can be filled up and moaned in pleasures throughout our relationship. Of course, it may be different in your case.

Many of the brothers here. DLD is one of the highest level of PE-er. While most of us stopped for a long period of time, he kept on going. A few I knew still went strong into their retirement years. Not sure what they would be doing with their crazy size penises.

We like to use the body building comparison because it's similar in progressive nature. The body is full of hard tissues, not soft like the penis. But the progressive stages we have to move forward one step at a time provides the view points where we can't just skip from one level right into the next without taking precautions. Everything tears, everything gets damaged, but taking a safe route to do things right, the tears and damages turn into gains. It doesn't matter if the tissues are hard or soft, the key is as things break down, the body will attempt to repair and rebuild. You cannot exceed your own body's potential to repair and rebuild. If you don't listen to your body, it will break down and you will end up getting hurt. This is why we document everything in our PE journey. The PE journey is loaded with medical and science methodologies that it's no longer just a growth exercise. It's a biological growth science that goes against nature itself.

It doesn't matter if the tissues are hard or soft, the key is as things break down, the body will attempt to repair and rebuild. You cannot exceed your own body's potential to repair and rebuild. If you don't listen to your body, it will break down and you will end up getting hurt. This is why we document everything in our PE journey. The PE journey is loaded with medical and science methodologies that it's no longer just a growth exercise. It's a biological growth science that goes against nature itself.

Kegels are basically when you stop the flow of urine. You do not need to do this peeing you can do it through just the same muscle movement. Reverse Kegels are when you force the the flow of urine. Again this is the muscle movement you do not need to be peeing to do this.

if i need it for one day or so
the day of marriage
i am thinking to take tadalfil it works for full day 24 hours
or sildenafil it works for 4-8 hours

Wrapping loosely with the flexible bandage and keep it close to the body or crotch as possible. Most of the brothers keep warm through this method in the past, and only some in the present. However, if you're going to make babies, that's not a good way to keep your sperms alive.

i am thinking to take tadalfil it works for full day 24 hours
or sildenafil it works for 4-8 hours

Every one responses differently on dosages. For me, I can take up to 100mg and nothing will happen. Why? My body will generate naturally more than the pills can. My body already reaches compensation level. Not a good idea to take that much though as your heart rate can go through the roof. Before your marriage nights, make sure to test out each dosage load with different medication. Always, always, always!! space out a day or two during testing. Do not take them day after day until your system fully get rid of them. Otherwise, you can't measure the effectiveness.

Just in case, have two or three medication that works for you on standby. Alternate between them. Each formulation is different, but triggered the same nitric oxide level loading into your bloodstream. It's best to alternate the medication so your body don't become dependent to them.

Wrapping will keep your penis warm. If you're wanting heat wile training the MOSRED is a great way to get that extra heat when you need it.

For me I went with 50 milligrams of Viagra and it works great. This will not only give you hours of erections I will keep penis

A very good thing. This is ligamentary and base muscles stressing. But make sure not to over hang the weight load. Only increase on progressive weight load. If you need more info, let us know.

this question make me feel weird all the time

do all men have this small penis that get smaller in length and girth than natural even ( the penis is cold ) during their everyday all time along the day ??!!!!!

this 5-6-7-8 cm penis ?!!!!

do all men have this small flaccid most of day like me ?

or some men have blood more in their penis naturaly and have big penis naturally ( thats their nature )

unless of course they grow penis of course and have a big and nice penis ??!!!!

Penis will shrink with age. It shrinks due to cold, and it will shrink because of injuries. In cold water, my penis will hide inside my body like a little mushroom fearing in coming out of the ground. So yes, the penis does shrink.

That's natural. It's called physiological preservation to prevent injuries or damages. We train and reprogram our penis to do things differently over time

unless of course they grow penis of course and have a big and nice penis ??!!!!

It will take time and efforts.

Based on the time line of April 26, you're about 5 weeks into the PE. The routine you're having now should already have precondition your tissues to the point where you can increase the intensities up to moderate and slightly high intensities. Following your workout you have now, and with limited time you have before marriage:

Warm water 10 min
Stretching newbie routine for 5 min, lightly to get the tissues stretched and malleable.
Stretch using other SRT routines, such as behind the cheeks (BTC), rotator cranks, different angles at the front (left, right, up, and a whole lot of down), and various other exercises. Here's a nice list for you to play with, and the other lists as well:


Don't limit to just 10 minutes. Perform as much exercises as you have free time for, anywhere between 30 minutes to ask long as 90 minutes.

Reserver jelqing time for 10 min to provide sustainable blood flow to revive the penis.

Use tighter wraps, such as flexible tape with coban tape to keep your penis elongated and stretched. Noticed I didn't say loosely wrapped. I incicated tighter or tightly wrapped, without making your penis goes numb for cold. The wrapping tightness is up to you as we can't see your penis condition. Wrap tightly enough where you are forcing your penis to stretch forcefully. Take your hand, grab the bottom for the glans, and pull it while it's still flaccid. That's what you're attempting to achieve with the tight wrapping.
