Is numbness and/or tingle normal when using extender?

I have just started using my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and I notice that after a few minutes, I start to get a little numbness and/or tingle in the head of my penis. Is this normal? Am I wearing it to tight. I tried loosening it and it seems to help, but then the stretch isn't quite as intense.

Any ideas?

yh i get the same, ive tried extra wrapping less wrapping and all the same, my glands go cold and a little numb and tingle which i just put up with for an hour while i use it and then take it off, i just do hour session hear and there.

here´s my tips.
Padding is the key for comfort, and gripping for being able to have it on loose but still staying on through more intense stretching.
I have made some simple stuff for gripping and padding that works fine. I´ts located here:

In the beginning the glans is not used to the pressure from the silicon tube, but after awhile it gets only better and better. But experiment and read about padding and gripping materials and you should be fine.

i wear mine at approx 1-1.5 hour sessions before taking it off, I then take a break for an 30-60 minutes before mounting it again, all day long. It takes dedication and extreme focus to do pe, but it is of course all worth it in the end.
